Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. Tracking details update within 24 hours of shipment. Monitor your delivery status here.

Signature Requirement
All deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

Carriers
We partner with DHL and FedEx for all shipments. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Accompanied by all tags, packaging, and accessories

Each return request is reviewed and inspected by our team prior to approval. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you.

How to Start a Return
Visit our Return Portal to begin. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must meet the same conditions as returns—unused, in original condition, and with all packaging included.

Each exchange request is reviewed and inspected by our team prior to approval. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you.

To request an exchange, submit your request through our Return Portal. If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose another style or receive a refund once the return is approved.

Gifts may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities and ship according to the timeline indicated on each product page. You will receive an email confirmation when your pre-order is placed, and a second notification once your order has shipped with tracking information. Pre-orders cannot be combined with in-stock items and will ship separately.
