Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 2–3 business days for both the United States and Canada. Delivery times may vary slightly by destination.

Are duties and taxes included?

Yes. All duties and taxes for U.S. and Canadian orders are included at checkout. There are no additional fees upon delivery.

Are there shipping fees?

Complimentary express shipping on orders over $300 USD. Orders below $300 ship at a $20 flat rate.

Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes. For security purposes, a signature is required upon delivery.

Which carriers do you use?

Orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx, depending on destination and service availability. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories. Each request is reviewed before approval.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Pieces must meet the same conditions required for returns.

Do you restock?

Our pieces are produced in small quantities. You may join the waitlist on any product page to be notified when a piece becomes available.

Does each piece include authentication?

Yes. Each piece includes a numbered authenticity card.
