Saint Swyn ships to the United States and Canada.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 2–3 business days for both the United States and Canada. Delivery times may vary slightly by destination.

Are duties and taxes included?

Yes. All duties and taxes for U.S. and Canadian orders are included at checkout. There are no additional fees upon delivery.

Are there shipping fees?

Complimentary express shipping on orders over $300 USD. Orders below $300 ship at a $20 flat rate.

Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes. For security purposes, a signature is required upon delivery.

Which carriers do you use?

Orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx, depending on destination and service availability. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All pieces must be returned unused, in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Return eligibility is subject to inspection upon receipt.

Is there a return shipping fee?

For US orders, returns are complimentary.

For Canadian orders, a fixed return fee of $45 USD will be deducted from your refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned piece.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. All pieces must be returned unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Can I make more than one exchange?

Each piece is eligible for one exchange only, subsequent requests on the same item cannot be accommodated. Should your preferred piece be unavailable, you are welcome to select an alternative style.

Is there a exchange shipping fee?

Shipping and duties on all exchanges are complimentary.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days once your return is received and approved. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

How do I return or exchange a gift?

Do you restock?

Our pieces are produced in small quantities. You may join the waitlist on any product page to be notified when a piece becomes available.

Does each piece include authentication?

Yes. Each piece includes a numbered authenticity card.

New collections are announced exclusively to our subscribers, who receive first access before public release.

Each piece arrives in signature packaging with a dust bag and authenticity card.
