Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All pieces must be returned unused, in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

United States: all returns are complimentary. Saint Swyn provides the return label and covers all associated shipping costs.

Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom: all costs associated with the return, including shipping and any applicable duties or taxes, are the customer's responsibility. Once your return request is received, our Customer Care team will be in touch with your Return Authorization and return instructions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. All pieces must be returned unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Each piece is eligible for one exchange per order. Should your preferred piece be unavailable, you are welcome to select an alternative style.

Shipping on exchanges within the United States is complimentary. For Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for the return label and any applicable duties.

Gifts

Gifts may be returned within 14 days for store credit only. Pieces must remain unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Shipping

Saint Swyn ships directly from our warehouse in the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout

Delivery Time

United States and Canada. Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.

Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR & United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly by destination.

Shipping Fees

Complimentary express shipping on orders over $475 USD. Orders below $475 USD ship at a $15 USD flat fee. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Duties & Taxes

All applicable duties and taxes are included at checkout. There are no additional fees upon delivery.

Signature Requirement

For security purposes, a signature is required upon delivery.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS Worldwide Express or FedEx, depending on destination and service availability. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
