Complimentary Care for Bags

Every new Saint Swyn bag includes one complimentary Care Service within the first three years of ownership.

Each bag is individually assessed. Depending on its material, condition and needs, the complimentary Care Service may include:

• Professional cleaning
• Leather conditioning
• Hardware care
• Inspection of stitching and construction

The complimentary Care Service is intended for routine maintenance and does not include repairs, restoration or treatment of accidental damage.

If additional work is recommended, we will provide a quotation for your approval before proceeding. Results vary depending on the material, age and condition of the bag, and complete removal of marks or signs of wear cannot be guaranteed.

The service is available once per bag to the original purchaser and must be used within three years of the original purchase date. It is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for monetary value.

You are responsible for insured delivery of your bag to our designated service location. Return delivery within the continental United States is complimentary.

Continued Care

Our Care, Renewal and Repair services are available for Saint Swyn Bags and Small Leather Goods, subject to the condition of the item and the availability of appropriate materials and components.

Depending on its condition and needs, services may include:

• Routine maintenance and leather care
• Professional cleaning and conditioning
• Hardware service
• Stitching repair
• Edge finishing
• Structural repair
• More extensive restoration, where possible

Each Saint Swyn is individually assessed. Paid services are quoted for your approval before any work begins.

Service availability depends on the condition and serviceability of the item and the availability of appropriate materials, hardware and components. If an original material, color, finish or component is no longer available, we will discuss available alternatives with you before proceeding.

This is a Limited Warranty.

Eligibility

The Five-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty applies to the original purchaser of eligible Saint Swyn Bags and Small Leather Goods purchased directly from Saint Swyn or an authorized Saint Swyn stockist.

Coverage begins on the original date of purchase and continues for five years.

The warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Items purchased through resale, auction or an unauthorized seller are not covered by the Five-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty. Authentic Saint Swyn items may, however, be eligible for paid Care, Renewal and Repair services regardless of current ownership, subject to assessment and service availability.

Proof of purchase, including an order number, receipt or invoice, may be required to obtain warranty service.

Warranty Remedy

If Saint Swyn determines that a qualifying defect in craftsmanship or construction is covered by this warranty, Saint Swyn will repair the item without charge for parts or labor.

If repair is not reasonably possible, Saint Swyn may, at its discretion, replace the affected component, provide a comparable replacement, or offer an appropriate credit.

Replacement of the entire item is not guaranteed.

Exact replacement leather, hardware, colors, finishes or other components may not remain available throughout the warranty period. If an exact replacement is unavailable, Saint Swyn will discuss an appropriate alternative with you before proceeding.

Implied Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to five years from the original date of purchase.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Saint Swyn will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of a Saint Swyn product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
